Oasis of Hope Hospital, located in Tijuana, Mexico is a place where advanced cancer treatment meets genuine compassion. Every patient is cared for as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. Their “Total Care” approach surrounds breast cancer patients and their families with the support they need—nutritional guidance, emotional and spiritual counseling, and education that empowers them throughout their journey.
The Breast Cancer Research and Assistance Fund is proud to help make this healing environment possible. Through grants that strengthen research and patient care, BCRAF helps Oasis of Hope achieve cancer survival rates that exceed the national average. Our support ensures that women fighting breast cancer have access to a thoughtful blend of traditional therapies, clinically proven alternative treatments, and holistic methods that nurture wellness in every part of their lives.
Esperanza De Vida (Hope Of Life)
Many of the regions we support are among more than twenty areas identified by the World Health Organization as high‑priority zones in the fight against degenerative diseases, some of which are spreading at alarming, epidemic rates. Unfortunately, the shortage of properly equipped medical facilities and adequate supplies continues to place countless lives at risk.
Through our partnership with Esperanza De Vida, we help distribute medical supplies to five hospitals in the Zacapa Region. Together, these hospitals provide care each year to approximately 60,000 diabetics, 23,000 cancer patients, and 25,000 children—offering hope, healing, and lifesaving treatment to those who need it most.

Maui Memorial Medical Center Foundation
Grants provided by the Breast Cancer Research and Assistance Fund help the Maui Memorial Medical Center Foundation provide ongoing research and assistance to breast cancer patients whose needs would otherwise go unmet. Our partnership facilitates exceptional patient care in a professional and caring environment using state of the art technology and treatment, including the purchase of a Mammotomy breast biopsy vacuum system to help diagnose breast abnormalities with a high degree of accuracy. BCRAF is committed to supporting MMMCF in its fight against breast cancer through support and educational programs for cancer victims and their families, promoting effective healthcare initiatives, providing assistance to breast cancer patients who need breast cancer screening, funding research projects, and continually improving treatments, equipment, and technology to aid in the fight.

Through our partnership with the local community food bank, we distribute hundreds of thousands of pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables to individuals and families who need them most. Every day, our shared mission remains simple and powerful: make healthy food accessible and encourage lifestyles that support long‑term wellness.
BCRAF believes deeply in the connection between good nutrition and cancer prevention. By helping people incorporate more fruits and vegetables into their daily lives, we promote one of the most effective steps individuals can take to reduce their cancer risk.
